Conkies is a traditional dish of the West Indies that's especially popular in Barbados. It's made with a combination of cornmeal, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), grated pumpkin, coconut, sweet potatoes, raisins, flour, sugar, butter, and sometimes eggs.
