Caffe Mocha is a chocolate-flavoured variant of a caffè latte. It is made by putting mixing chocolate powder with an espresso shot and then adding steamed milk and micro-foam into the beverage. Other commonly used spellings are mochaccino and also mochachino. The name is derived from the city of Mocha, Yemen, which was one of the centres of early coffee trade.
